Applying annotations during preparation

Annotations are "hand-drawn" markings that the preparer of an eSignature package can add to their documents. This an include any pen drawings (i.e. red, blue, green, etc.) or even white-out. 

How to apply annotations during preparation

1. Click the "annotate" option found on the top right. This will open up a few options for you. You can use the redlining feature to draw and fill in highlights over your documents. Alternatively, you can use the whiteout feature to conceal or remove certain words or lines.
2. You can discard the annotations by clicking the "Discard" button or saving by clicking the "Save" button. Once the annotations are saved, you can continue to place documents and signing fields as normal.
