Here are the advanced options give you more configuration for eNotary packages:
Disable repeat entries by default | Disabling repeat entries allows you to force signers to re-enter their signatures and initials on every field, instead of re-using the entered signature/initial on subsequent fields |
Pen color | The color for the signature and initial signing fields. This can be black, blue, red, green, or multi (i.e. signer selects any of the aforementioned colors) |
Enforced signature type(s) | The types for signature type(s) that are applicable for signature and initial fields, i.e. draw, types, or saved. If none is selected, the signer can select any type. |
Do not send completed package after completion
|
Enabling this option will not send the automated email, with the completed package, to the participants. Notaries often use this option if they have other communication channels or would like to withhold release until payment has been processed.
|
MISMO compliant eNotary Transaction
|
This will reset the eNotary authentication at the start of each entry. This will force the participants to re-authenticate (IDV and KBA) every time they reconnect |
Cancel at eNotary authentication failure
|
This will cancel the package if one of the eNotary authentication fails, e.g. a signer fails KBA or IDV |
