Change a team member's group – Pactima Help Center

Shifting a team member from one group to another in Pactima is often necessary, especially when there are departmental changes or other adjustments within your team. This process is essential for maintaining an organized team structure and ensuring that each member is in the group that best fits their current role or department. Here's how you can change a team member’s group in Pactima:

Access Your Account Settings: Begin by clicking on the "Account" button, which is located at the top right corner of the Pactima header. This is where you can manage various aspects of your account.
Navigate to Team Management: Once you're on the account page, find and click on the "Team Management" card. This section allows you to oversee the structure and configuration of your team.
Go to Internal Team Management: In the Team Management section, select the "Internal Team Management" card. Here, you'll have access to the settings and configurations of your internal team groups.
Locate the Member's Current Group: Find the group that the team member is currently a part of. You will see a list of groups and their respective members.
Access Member Options: Next to the member's name, there is a button with three dots. Click this button to open a dropdown menu with additional options for that specific team member.
Select 'Change Group': From the dropdown menu, choose the "Change Group" option. This will open a model where you can assign the member to a different group.
Choose the New Group: In the "Assign Group" model, you will see a list of all available groups. Select the new group to which you wish to move the team member.
Save the Changes: After selecting the new group, click the "Save" button. This action will update the member's group assignment in the system.
Confirmation: The team member is now moved to the selected group. You can verify this by checking the member's assignment in the new group’s list within the Internal Team Management section.
