• Shared Folders -Enhance collaboration and organization with folders for eSignature and eNotary transactions.
• Enhanced Collaboration with External Members - You can now add external team members to your team for easier collaboration. This is available if you're on an eNotary Team Plan or Business plan.
• eNotary Journal Improvements - Adding signers' information to the eNotary journal is now more straightforward, enhancing the notarization process.

• Billing Receipt Notes - You can now easily add reference to a transaction for easier billing tracking.

• Two-Factor Authentication with Authenticator App - Boost your account security with two-factor authentication using an authenticator app.

Bug Fixes

• Webcam Deactivation Post-Signing - Addressed the bug where the webcam stayed active after the signing ceremony.

• IPEN Compatibility Improvements - Ensured IPEN properly works even when host is not a signer.

• Custom Group Field Functionality Fix - Resolved issues in the functionality of custom group fields.

• eSignature Audit Trail Display Correction - Corrected the display issue of IDV dates in the eSignature audit trail.

• Date Format in Custom Group Fields - We've fixed the issue where the date format was not being saved correctly in custom group fields.

• Rapid Editing Text Box Fix - Resolved the malfunctioning of pre-filled text boxes in rapid editing.
