Custom fields and custom group fields

Custom fields allow you to define and add your own specific data-entry points within a document, beyond the standard or predefined fields available. For example, it could be a specific wording that often occurs in your signing, e.g. "This notarization was completed via electronic means"

Custom field groups are collections of fields that are grouped together for easier management and application. Instead of adding individual custom fields one-by-one to a document, users can apply an entire group, ensuring consistency and saving time. For example, a custom field group could be a combination of a text box and a stamp field.
