Navigating the process of managing joint signers after an eSignature package has been sent or scheduled can be helpful smoothing the signing process.
Here's how you do it:
- Go to the detailed view of the package
- Navigate to the list of your packages.
- Locate the desired package.
- Click on the drop-down menu adjacent to the package name.
- Select 'view details' to proceed to the view details page.
- Access the "joint signers" button in the header
- Look for the "More" button and click on it.
- A drop-down menu will appear. From the list of options, select 'manage joint signers'.
- Modify the joint signers group in the modal screen
- To group signers, select the names and click on the 'group' option.
- If you wish to ungroup, select the grouped names and choose the 'ungroup' option.
- Make any additional modifications as needed to best suit your requirements.
