Managing joint signers group during live ceremony

During a Live eSignatures ceremony you can easily create a joint signers group on the fly, this allows to have multiple signers join from a single device.

Here's how you do so:

1. Select the  "Manage Joint Signers" button
   
   • Direct your attention to the bottom left corner of the interface.
   • Click on the "More" option. A list of further options will appear.
   • From this list, select "Manage Joint Signers". Upon doing so, a new pop-up window will appear on your screen, guiding you to the next step.
2. Create a joint signers group 
   • Within the pop-up window, you'll see a list of all signers currently in the session.
   • Highlight or check the names of the signers you wish to combine into one joint group.
   • Once satisfied with your selection, click on the "create group" button to finalize your joint signers group.

Once this is done, the signers that are part of the same group can signer of any group member's session.
