Viewing and downloading audit trail during Live eSignature ceremony

The audit trail serves as a comprehensive record of all actions taken during the eSignature process. It provides transparency and ensures both signers and organizers can review and verify every step of the signing ceremony. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to access and download the audit trail during a Live eSignature ceremony:

Here's how to do so:

1. Accessing the Live eSignature Session
   • Begin by entering the Live eSignature ceremony. Ensure you're actively participating in the session.
2. Navigate to the Audit Trail Option
   • Once you're in the live session, move your cursor to the bottom left corner of the screen.
   • Here, you'll find the "More" option. Click on it to expand and reveal additional features available during the live session.
3. View the Audit Trail
   • Within the expanded menu, you will see the "View Audit Trail" option. Select this to access the audit trail.
   • This feature allows you to see a real-time log of all actions that have occurred during the session.
4. Download the Detailed Audit Trail
   • While viewing the audit trail, you'll also have the option to download a detailed version, capturing all events up to that point in time.
   • It's worth noting that even after the Live eSignature ceremony concludes, the audit trail remains accessible. You can retrieve a complete version of the audit trail after the session ends.
