Viewing and downloading audit trail

The audit trail provides an essential record of actions and events that occur during the eSignature process. It's a vital tool to ensure transparency and accountability in your transactions. In this guide, we'll cover two methods to view and download the audit trail:

Method 1: From the eSignature Package Listing

• Navigate to the eSignature package listing on the platform.
• Locate the specific eSignature package you're interested in. To the right of its listing, you'll find a dropdown button.
• Click this dropdown to reveal additional options.
• From the available choices, select "View Audit Trail". This action will cause a modal window to pop up.
• Inside this window, you can view the audit trail in its entirety. Additionally, there is an option to download a detailed version for your records.

Method 2: From the eSignature Package Detail Page

• Instead of using the package listing, you can access the audit trail directly from the package's detail page.
• To do this, locate your desired eSignature package and click on the "View Details" button.
• Once you're on the detail page, look below the eSignature package title. Here, you'll find an "Audit Trail" button.
• Clicking this button will again bring up the modal window, allowing you to view the audit trail. Similarly, you have the option to download the detailed version directly from this window.
