Download video recording of live ceremony

When conducting a live eSignature ceremony, having a video recording can be invaluable for reference, compliance, or verification purposes. If you've enabled recording, here's how you can easily download the video recording of your live ceremony once it's concluded.

1. Accessing the detailed view of the eSignature package:
   • Begin by navigating to your eSignature packages dashboard. This is where all your eSignature ceremonies are listed.
   • Browse through your list of eSignature packages to find the specific one you're interested in.
   • Once located, click on "View Details" associated with that ceremony. This will take you to a more detailed page about that particular ceremony.
2. Accessing the recordings section:
   • On the detailed page, you'll see several options on the left side panel.
   • Look for the "Recordings" option and click on it.
3. Downloading the Recording:
   • Within the "Recordings" section, you'll see a list of recordings sorted by date and time.
   • Locate the specific recording you want and click on the "Download" option adjacent to it.

Note: If you've recently concluded the ceremony and don't see a download option right away, it might still be processing. Depending on the length of the recording, this could take a few minutes. You might want to refresh the page or check back after a short while.
