- On the left sidebar, find and click on ‘eNotary RON’.
- Choose the notarization package you wish to manage.

- Clicking on the package will bring you to its detailed view.

Locate the Journal Tab:
- On the left sidebar within the detailed view, look for the ‘Journal’ tab.
- Click on this to access the journal entries.

Edit and Enter Information:
- Notarization Location: Click the pen icon to add or edit the location and save your changes.
- Documents Section: Input or confirm details like the notarization type and fee. All documents related to the session will be listed here.
- Signer Information: Each signer’s full name, address, and ID verification method (e.g., passport, driver's ID) should be recorded. This may auto-fill from the session data but can be manually entered or corrected.

Auxiliary Information:
- Click the ‘Entries’ tab near the top to add additional notes.
- Use the label and value fields to add any extra information, such as witness details or reasons for KBA exceptions.

Add Journal Entry:
- After entering the relevant details, click ‘Add Journal Entry’ to save the new information to the journal.

Download the Journal:
- If you need a physical copy of the journal, click on the ‘Download eNotary Journal’ button to save a copy.
