Inviting a person to join to your team

Inviting colleagues to join your team on Pactima is a straightforward process that enhances collaboration and team efficiency. Whether you're looking to bring in a new team member or involve someone for a specific project, Pactima makes it easy to integrate them into your team. Here’s how you can invite someone to join your team in Pactima:

1. Access the Account Tab: Begin by clicking on the "Account" tab, which is located at the top right corner of your Pactima interface. This tab houses your personal and team settings.

2. Navigate to Team Management: Within the Account settings, find and click on the "Team Management" option. This is where you manage all aspects related to your team’s structure and members.

3. Go to Internal Team Management: Once you're on the Team Management page, select the "Internal Team Management" option. Here, you'll find tools to manage your existing team members and add new ones.

4. Invite a Team Member: Below your team name, you'll see a blue "Invite Team Member" button. Clicking this button will open the invitation interface, where you can add new members to your team.

5. Fill Out Invitation Details: In the "Invite a Team Member" model, start by entering the name and email address of the person you wish to invite. These details are crucial for ensuring the invite reaches the right person.

6. Select Member Type: Choose the type of member you are inviting. By default, the invitation is set to 'Internal Member,' meaning they will be part of your billing group and you can manage additional configurations of their account. Alternatively, you can invite them as an 'External Member' if they are only collaborating temporarily or are part of another team.

7. Confirm and Send Invitation: Once you have filled in all the details and selected the appropriate member type, click the "Confirm" button. This will send an invitation to the person’s email, allowing them to join your team.

8. Finalize the Invitation Process: After the invitee accepts the invitation, either by signing up for Pactima or linking their existing account to your team, you will be able to see them in your internal team dashboard.
