Rescinding an invitation to a team

There are occasions when you might need to rescind or resend an invitation to join your team in Pactima. This could be necessary if you change your mind about inviting someone, or if there was an error in the email address used initially. Resending an invitation is a simple process in Pactima. 1. Access Your Account Settings: Click on the "Account" button located at the top right corner of the Pactima header. This is your starting point for managing your account and team settings.

2. Navigate to Team Management: Once on the Account page, look for and select the "Team Management" option. This section allows you to oversee the structure and configuration of your team.

3. Go to Internal Team Management: In the Team Management section, click on the "Internal Team Management" card. This will take you to the area where you can manage your internal team members and their statuses.

4. Locate the Invited Person: Find the person you have previously invited to the team. You can identify them by the status showing as "Invited" next to their name.

5. Access Invitation Options: Next to the member's role, there will be a button with three dots. Click on this button to reveal a dropdown menu with additional options regarding the invitation.

6. Select 'Resend Invitation': In the dropdown menu, choose the "Resend Invitation" option. This will open a popup asking you to confirm your decision to resend the invitation.

7. Confirm to Resend the Invitation: Click on "Confirm" in the popup. This action will resend the invitation to the individual with the details initially provided.

8. Re-enter Details if Necessary: If you need to correct an email address or any other detail, you might need to cancel the initial invitation and send a new one with the correct information.
