This guide will walk you through the process of updating your notary public profile on Pactima. This is useful when you need to update details such as your commission number or other commission-related information.
- Access Your Account Settings
- Log in to your Pactima account.
- Click on the "Account" tab in the top right corner of the screen.
- Navigate to the Locker
- In the Account section, you'll see several tiles.
- Click on the middle tile labeled "Locker and Notary Hub".
- Access Your Profile
- Within the Locker and Notary Hub, locate and click on the "Profile" tile.
- Initiate the Update Process
- Look for an "Update Profile" button.
- If your profile has expired, you might see your profile information displayed instead.
- Click on the "Update Profile" button or your profile information to begin the update process.
- Confirm Reverification
- A pop-up will appear, informing you that you need to redo the verification process.
- This includes redoing your ID verification and Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA).
- Click "Confirm" to proceed.
- Complete the Verification Process
- Fill in your updated commission documents.
- Go through the verification process again, including ID verification and KBA.
- Submit for Approval
- After completing the verification steps, your updated profile will be submitted for approval.
