The ability to modify participants during a live ceremony is a vital feature that enhances the flexibility of the eSignature process. Whether a last-minute change arises or there's a need to include another observer for transparency, this functionality ensures that your eSignature sessions remain dynamic and adaptable to your needs. The importance of this feature lies in its capacity to cater to real-time changes, thus ensuring that the signing process is both efficient and accommodating.
- Enter live editing mode:
- Begin by locating the gearbox icon situated on the top toolbar, or going to "More" and selecting "Start live editing" button.
- Click on this icon to enter the editing mode.
- Access participants panel:
- Once in editing mode, direct your attention to the left side of your screen.
- Click on the participants option. This will present a list of all the participants currently in the session.
- Modify participants:
- To Add: You'll find options to either add a signer or an observer. Depending on your need, select the relevant option and fill in the required details.

To Edit: If you wish to modify the details of any current participant:

Locate the participant's card on the list.
- On the right side of their card, click the three-dot menu (often referred to as the "ellipsis").
- From the dropdown, choose "Edit". A new window will pop up, allowing you to modify their name, email, and other relevant details.

- To remove: Similarly, to remove a participant:
- Find the participant's card.
- Click on the three-dot menu.
- Select "Remove" from the dropdown. This will completely remove them as a signer.
- Complete your edits:
- Once you've made all the necessary modifications, it's crucial to confirm your changes.
- Locate the "Finish Editing" button at the top left corner of your screen and click on it to finalize and save your edits.
