During a live eSignature ceremony, the need for quick edits can arise unexpectedly. Pactima's 'Rapid Editing' mode offers a streamlined approach to make swift changes without delving into a full edit mode. Here's how you can utilize this nifty feature:
- Initiating Rapid Editing:
- Look towards the top of your interface. Here, you'll spot a button labeled "Rapid Edit."
- Simply click on this button, and you'll instantly enter the 'Rapid Editing' mode, indicated by the active tools and movable fields.
- Making edits in Rapid Mode:
- In this mode, elements become draggable. For instance, if there's a signature or stamp on your document, you can click and drag it to your desired location.
- Resize elements if needed. For example, if a signature field appears too large, grab its corners and adjust it to your preferred size.
- Add new fields seamlessly. If you realize a participant needs to add their initials, select the 'Initial' tool and place it in the appropriate spot on the document.
- Exiting Rapid Editing:
- Once you've made all your quick changes, exiting the mode is straightforward. You can either press the "Escape" key on your keyboard or simply click anywhere outside the active editing fields on the document. Doing so will immediately take you out of the 'Rapid Editing' mode.
