For a smooth live eSignature ceremony, it's crucial that participants can see and hear you clearly. Adjusting video and audio settings is straightforward and can significantly enhance the session's experience. Here's how you can modify your camera and microphone configurations both before and during a live ceremony.
Configuring before joining a session
-
Once you opt to join a session, you'll find yourself in a pre-session lobby.
-
Here, ensure your microphone and camera are active. Icons representing these tools should be visible.
-
Adjacent to these icons, you'll notice a "Custom Setup" option. Click on this to access advanced settings.
-
In the setup:
- Video Input: Select your preferred video source from the dropdown menu.
- Microphone: Verify your microphone is working by observing the visual feedback on its right side. Movement indicates it's capturing sound.
- Speaker: An inbuilt test can help ensure your speakers are functioning correctly. Just initiate the test sound.
-
After ensuring everything's set up correctly, click "Done", and you're ready to proceed with the session by hitting "Join Now".
Adjusting settings during the session
-
Sometimes, you might need to tweak configurations during an ongoing session. Don't fret; it's just as simple.
-
Locate your video thumbnail on the right top sidebar. At its bottom right, there are three dots indicating more options.
-
Clicking this will reveal a "Settings" option. Here, you'll revisit the same audio and video settings page from earlier.
-
Make any necessary adjustments, then return to the session.
