A Step-by-Step Process to Send a RON Package:

Initiate the Process:
- After logging in to Pactima, locate and click on the 'eSignatures' tab.
- Find and select the 'Compose' button on the top of the sidebar.

Choose Package Type:
- Select 'RON' as the package type from the options on the bottom left.
- Click 'Next' to proceed to the next phase.

Upload Documents:
- Drag and drop your files or click to upload them from your computer.
- Wait for the processing to complete (around 10 seconds).

Add Recipients:
- The first recipient (Notary of Record) will be automatically filled in with your information.
- To change the Notary of Record, use the dropdown menu to select another team member.
- Add additional recipients by clicking "Add Recipient."
- Choose the role for each recipient (e.g., Signer, Observer, Copy Recipient).
- Set validation requirements for each recipient:
- Enable or disable Identity Verification with biometrics and Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA).
- If the person is known to you, you can disable these validations.
- Enter the email addresses for all recipients.
- Click "Next" to proceed.

- Determine the level of identity verification required, such as biometric or Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA).
- You have the option to toggle these settings depending on the familiarity with the signer.

- Insert signature fields and any other necessary fields like initials for the signer (e.g., James Bond).
- Switch the recipient to yourself to add notary-specific fields, such as your signature and stamp.

Schedule the Session:
- Set up the time and date for the transaction, which is for organizational purposes until you start the session.
- Synchronize this schedule with your calendar if needed.

Finalize and Send:
- Enter a session name and, if you wish, a description.
- Once you click 'Schedule', an email is dispatched to the signer for identity verification (IDV and KBA) and to join the session.
Note:
- The transaction does not commence until you officially initiate the session, giving you and the recipient adequate time for preparation.
- Make sure to review all details before scheduling the session to ensure a smooth notarization process.
