Your digital stamps on Pactima are an integral part of your electronic documentation process. Once a stamp has been saved to your account, you can access it in a signing ceremony.
Managing these stamps – whether it's uploading new ones, editing existing ones, or removing them – is a straightforward process. Here's how to handle each of these actions within your Pactima account.
Uploading a New Stamp:

Access Security Settings:
- Click the 'Account' button in the top right of the header.
- From the options that appear, select the 'Security' card.

Navigate to Stamps Section:
- On the security page, click on the 'Stamps' option.

Add a New Stamp:
- If no stamps are currently saved, you will be prompted that there are no stamps.
- Click the 'Add Stamp' button to begin uploading a new stamp.
- You can drag and drop a stamp image file or browse to upload one from your files.
- Assign a name to your stamp, like 'Simple Stamp'.

Adjust Stamp Image:
- In the upload dialogue, you have the option to crop the stamp to the desired size.
- If necessary, use the 'Change Stamp' button to re-upload a different image.

Save the Stamp:
- Once you're satisfied with the image, click 'Confirm' to save the new stamp to your account.
Editing an Existing Stamp:

Select the Stamp to Edit:
- Find the stamp you wish to edit and click the 'Edit' button associated with it.

Make Changes:
- Here, you can change the name of the stamp or adjust the image as needed.
- After making your changes, click 'Confirm' to update the stamp's details.
Removing a Stamp:

Locate the Remove Option:
- Each stamp will have a 'Remove' button or trash icon located on the stamp card.

Initiate Removal:
- Click the 'Remove' button for the stamp you wish to delete.

Confirm Deletion:
- A confirmation dialogue will appear, ensuring you want to proceed with the removal.
- Confirm the action, and the stamp will be permanently deleted from your account.

- Ensure your stamps meet any legal or professional standards required for your documentation.
- Regularly review your stamps to keep your account organized and up-to-date with current needs.
