In Pactima, your saved initials provide you a convenience to easily access them during a signing ceremony, without having the need to re-enter them again. Here's how to manage these crucial elements by uploading new initials, editing existing ones, or removing them when they're no longer needed.
Uploading New Initials:

Access Security Settings:
- Click on the 'Account' button at the top right of the Pactima page.
- Select the 'Security' card to proceed to the security settings.

Navigate to Initials:
- On the security page, click on the 'Initials' card.

Add Initials:
- If you haven't saved any initials yet, you'll see an 'Add an Initial' button.
- Click this button to start the process of adding new initials.
- You have the option to draw your initials or import them from a file.

Save the Initials:
- Assign a name to your initials for easy identification, such as 'Hello Initials'.
- Click 'Save' to store the initials in your account.
Editing Saved Initials:

Select Initials to Edit:
- Find the initials you wish to edit.

Initiate Editing:
- Click the pencil icon or 'Edit' button next to the saved initials.

Perform Edits:
- You can rename the initials or alter the image by redrawing or re-uploading as needed.
- Confirm your edits by clicking on the 'Modify' button.
Removing Saved Initials:

Locate the Removal Option:
- Each set of saved initials will have a 'Remove' button or trash icon beside it.

Delete Initials:
- Click the 'Remove' button corresponding to the initials you wish to delete.

Confirm Deletion:
- A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure you want to proceed with the removal.
- Click 'Confirm' to permanently erase the initials from your account.
