Managing saved signatures: uploading, editing, and removing

Digital signatures are a key component of authenticating documents in the digital world. Pactima provides a secure way to manage these signatures, whether you're uploading a new one, editing an existing one, or removing one you no longer use. Here's your guide to managing saved signatures in Pactima.

Uploading a New Signature:

1. Access Security Settings:

   • Click on the 'Account' button at the top right corner of the header.
   • Find and select the 'Security' card that appears.

2. Navigate to Signatures:

   • In the security section, click on the 'Signatures' card.

3. Add a New Signature:

   • If you have no saved signatures, you’ll see an 'Add a Signature' button.
   • Click this button to start the process.
   • You have two options: draw your signature in the provided space or import a signature image by clicking on the 'Import' tab.

4. Save the Signature:

   • Name your signature for easy identification, for example, 'Hello'.
   • Click 'Save', and your signature will be added to your account.

Editing an Existing Signature:

1. Select the Signature:

   • Locate the signature you want to edit.

2. Initiate Editing:

   • Click the pencil icon or 'Edit' button next to the signature you wish to modify.

3. Make Your Edits:

   • Change the name, redraw, or re-import the signature as necessary.
   • Click 'Modify' to save your changes.

Removing a Signature:

1. Find the Signature to Remove:

   • Each saved signature will have a 'Remove' button or trash icon alongside it.

2. Start the Removal Process:

   • Click the 'Remove' button for the signature you want to delete.

3. Confirm the Deletion:

   • A confirmation dialogue will pop up. Review it to ensure you are deleting the correct signature.

4. Complete the Removal:

   • Click 'Confirm' to permanently remove the signature from your account.

Tips for Signature Management:

• Ensure that the signatures you upload are a true representation of your physical signature for legal purposes.
• Consider updating your signature if there are any significant changes to your official signature.
• Keep a backup of your signature files in a secure location.
