Managing the folder location of a package in Pactima is an essential skill for organizing your eSignature and eNotary transactions. This guide will provide you with detailed instructions on how to assign, de-assign, or remove a package from a folder. This process can be done from both the listing page and during the package preparation phase. Let's delve into the steps:
From the eSignatures Listing Page
-
Access eSignatures Listing: Start by logging into your Pactima account. Click on the 'eSignature' button located at the top in the header. This will take you to the main eSignature area.
-
Navigate to the Package: Use the sidebar to navigate to the specific package you want to manage. Locate the package in the listing.
-
Open Action Dropdown: Once you've found the package, look for the 'Action' column. Here, you'll see a dropdown button (often represented by three dots or an arrow). Click on this button to view more options.
-
Manage Folder Location: In the dropdown menu, select 'Manage Folder Location.' This option allows you to change the folder assignment of the package.
-
Select or Deselect Folder: A list of folders will appear. To move the package into a folder, click to select the desired folder (a check mark will appear next to your selection). If you wish to remove the package from any folder, simply uncheck any selected folder.
-
Save Changes: After assigning or de-assigning the folder, make sure to click 'Save Changes' to apply your modifications.
During Package Preparation
-
Enter Preparation Screen: If you are in the process of preparing a package and wish to manage its folder location, click on 'Continue Editing' to enter the preparation screen.
-
View Current Folder Assignment: If the package is already assigned to a folder, you will see the folder name listed below the 'Select Package Type' heading.
-
Remove from Folder: To remove the package from the current folder, click the 'Delete' button next to the folder name.
-
Assign to a New Folder: If the package is not in a folder or you wish to change its folder, look for the 'Assign Folder' section. Click on this area to open a pop-up with a list of folders.
-
Choose Folder and Confirm: In the pop-up, select the folder you wish to assign the package to, and then click 'Select Folder' to confirm your choice.
