Managing members in a folder (adding, removing, or updating access)

Navigate to the Desired Folder: First, log in to your Pactima account. Click on the 'eSignature' button at the top of the header. In the sidebar, select 'Folders' to view all the folders you have access to. Then, click on the specific folder where you want to manage members.

Add New Members:

• Inside the folder, look for the 'Add a New Member' button, typically highlighted in blue.
• Click this button to bring up a pop-up window listing all potential members. These are individuals who are part of your internal or external team but are not yet members of this folder.
• Select the member(s) you wish to add and choose their access level, which can be either 'Read-Only' or 'Write' access.
• Click 'Share' to add the selected member(s) to the folder. They will now appear under the 'Members' tab.

Update Member Access:

• To change a member's access level, navigate to the 'Members' tab within the folder.
• Find the member whose access you wish to update and click the 'Update Access' button next to their name.
• In the pop-up, toggle between 'Read-Only' and 'Write' access as needed and confirm your choice.

Remove Members:

• Still under the 'Members' tab, locate the member you want to remove.
• Next to their name, click the dropdown button (usually indicated by a downward arrow icon) and select 'Delete Member'.
• A confirmation modal will appear, asking you to verify the removal. Confirm the deletion to remove the member from the folder.

Understand Access Consequences:

• Keep in mind that removing a member may affect their access to certain packages. If a removed member was the owner of any packages within the folder, those packages will revert to the folder owner.
• Ensure that you understand these implications before removing a member.
