During the dynamic flow of a Pactima live ceremony, you might find a need to switch gears from document signing to open discussion. This is where video conferencing mode becomes an invaluable feature. Whether it's for an in-depth conversation or simply allowing participants to interact while you manage document details, video conferencing mode caters to this necessity with ease.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to managing this feature:

1. Accessing More Options: Start by locating the 'More' button, represented by three dots. You'll find this on the lower section of the left-hand menu. This is your gateway to additional features that enhance your live ceremony experience.

2. Switching to Video Conferencing Mode: Upon clicking 'More', look for the 'Video Conferencing Mode' button towards the end of the additional options that appear. This is where you control the mode's settings.

3. Enabling for Others: Within the video conferencing options, you'll see 'Enable for Others'. By selecting this, you allow only the participants to engage in video conferencing mode, facilitating their discussion while you might be occupied with document adjustments or other tasks.

4. Toggle Participation: Should you need to bring someone out of video conferencing mode, simply revisit the 'More' options and adjust accordingly. This flexibility allows for smooth transitions between discussion and document signing phases.

5. Enable for All: For instances where collective conversation is necessary, choose 'Enable for All'. This selection places everyone, including you as the host, into video conferencing mode, temporarily stepping away from the signing activities.

6. Returning to Default: By default, the session is in signing mode, not video conferencing mode. If you wish to revert to the default setting after a discussion, you can select 'Disable', which resumes the signing activities for all participants.
