At times, you may need to halt an eSignature workflow for various reasons. Whether it's due to a change in details, an error, or any other situation, cancelling an eSignature package stops its active workflow. In this guide, we will walk you through the different methods you can employ to cancel an eSignature package:
Method 1: Cancelling from the listing page
- Start by navigating to the eSignature package listing on the platform.
- Identify the eSignature package you intend to cancel.
- On the left side of its listing, you'll see a dropdown button. Click it to reveal additional options.
- Among the choices available, select "Cancel".
- A confirmation dialogue will then appear, prompting you to verify your decision.
- To proceed with the cancellation, click "Confirm". This action will deactivate the package, stopping its workflow.
Method 2: Cancelling from the eSignature package detail page
- Instead of the listing page, you can also cancel the package from its detail page.
- To access this, click on the eSignature package's title or the "View Details" button associated with it.
- Once you're on the package's detail page, look just below its title. Here, you'll find a "More" button with an associated dropdown menu.
- Click on this "More" button to view additional options.
- Among these options, you'll find "Cancel". Select it.
- Similar to the first method, a confirmation dialogue will appear. Confirm your choice to cancel the package.
