- Start by heading to the specific eSignature package's detail page. This is the dedicated page for the package, showcasing its unique details and settings.
- Once there, you'll find an array of options and settings tailored to that particular package.
- Access the "More" Options
- On the detail page, look for the "More" button. This is located on the right side of the page and typically takes the form of a dropdown icon.
- Click on this button to unveil a dropdown menu with various options pertaining to the eSignature package.
- Switching the Package Type
- Within the dropdown menu, you'll find the "Switch Package" option.
- Selecting this option allows you to toggle between different eSignature package kinds, whether it be from live to standard, live to in-person, or any other combinations available.
- Upon choosing your desired package type, a confirmation popup will appear.
