Advanced downloading of an eSignature package – Pactima Help Center

There are instances when downloading the default completed eSignature package is not enough and more customized options are needed, for example, when you would like to separate the documents.

Here are all the available options:

Option name	Description
Default	Download eSignature package as one document with the Pactima ID header.
Headerless	Download eSignature package as one document without the Pactima ID header on the top.
Unsigned	Download the unsigned version of the documents in the eSignature package as one document. The Pactima ID will not be shown on the top right.
Separate documents	Download the documents in the eSignature package separately. The download will be in a zip format.
Separate documents, headerless	Download the documents in the eSignature package separately, without the Pactima ID header. The download will be in a zip format.

Here's a step-by-step guide of how to do so:

Accessing Advanced Download Options
- Navigate to the package you want to download.
- Locate the "Download" button. Right next to this button, there's a dropdown icon.
- If you directly click "Download," it will initiate a default download of the completed eSignature package.
- For advanced features, click on the dropdown icon.
Selecting Your Preferred Download Type
- Upon clicking the dropdown, several options will be presented:
  - Download without ID header: This allows you to download the package without the identifying header.
  - Download document separately: If the package contains multiple documents, this option will download each one individually.
  - Advanced Download Option: For even more detailed customizations, select this.
Diving Deeper with Advanced Download
- Upon choosing the "Advanced Download Option," a pop-up window will emerge, providing a plethora of choices (e.g. Default, headerless, separate documents, etc.)
- Select the header location (if applicable)
- If you have a PKI certificate available, you can also apply it
